DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Mandatory Damage Deposit

This Damage Deposit is automatically added to your payment schedule and can be returned to you, in full or in part, subject to inspection of the venue post your event. This includes excessive upholstery stains and tears, damage to the walls in need of repair or paint, damage to furniture, damage or excessive cleaning.

Singit Inc does not have a license to serve event alcohol, should you require alcohol at your event a license will need to be obtained

How do I book the recording studio or venue at Singit Inc?

Booking is easy! You can book a space through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Simply select the option  you’d like to reserve, choose your preferred time, and we’ll confirm your booking.If you have any special requests or need help, feel free to reach out to our team, and we’ll assist you with the booking process.

What type of space Singit Inc?

At Singit Inc., we offer a dynamic, creative space perfect for a variety of events. Whether you’re hosting a team-building activity, delivering a presentation, planning a photoshoot, or executing a brand shoot, our venue provides the ideal environment.

With a modern, welcoming atmosphere, our space is designed to inspire collaboration and creativity, making it the perfect backdrop for both corporate events and creative projects.

We offer flexible rental options, ensuring that your event—whether professional or creative—has the right energy, ambiance, and facilities to make it a success. Located in a prime area, our venue is easily accessible, providing a productive yet comfortable setting for teams and professionals to gather and achieve their goals.

How long can I rent the recording studio or venue for?

Rentals are available on a two hourly or half day/full day basis, depending on your needs. If you need a space for an extended period or a special event, please let us know, and we can discuss custom options.

What equipment is available in the performance space?

Our venue is equipped with the following:

2 Microphones, speakers, and 6 channel mixer for vocal or instrumental needs.

Keyboard is available on request

100" TV for presentations or workshops can be hired as an add on.

In-house sound engineer is available for additional support during your rental, if needed and if available.

Please let us know if you require specific equipment, and we’ll ensure it’s available for your session.

Can I bring my own equipment or instruments?

Absolutely! While our studio is fully equipped, you're welcome to bring your own instruments or equipment. If you need any help with setup or additional gear, please let us know in advance, and we’ll accommodate your needs.

Is parking available at your studio/venue?

Yes, there is ample parking available at our venue, including around the back of the venue and out in the front.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, we understand that plans may change! You can cancel or reschedule your booking with a 72-hour notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to modify or cancel your reservation.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

We unfortunately do not have wheelchair accessibility at this time

Do you offer catering or refreshments for events?

While we do not provide catering directly, we are happy to allow you to arrange your own catering for events. You can also bring your own refreshments if needed. We do not permit alcohol on the premises.

Can I host a private event or concert at your venue?

Yes! Our performance space is available for private events, concerts, and recitals. We provide set up, including sound equipment, seating arrangements, and staff assistance, depending on your needs.

Are there any additional services provided during rentals?

Yes! We offer several optional add-on services, including:

Sound engineering for events or recordings. AV Speakers + Microphone + speaker, Bluetooth wireless microphone

Event coordination for performances or workshops. Private coaching or lessons with one of our vocal experts. Or Hire some entertainment to add some extra sparkle to your event

Extra Hours If you need more time let us know.

Pricing is by the hour up to 3 hours and can be split before or after your event for more set up or take down time.

Coffee/Tea Station we can have set up for coffee and tea in our coffee bar area, including cups and condiments
